Licensed home care agency is looking for Field RN Supervisor to assist DPS with supervising patient care services, providing quality services to clients and families with initial and follow-up assessments, providing supervision and training to aides, evaluating performance, as well as providing clinical consultation through teaching, supervision, conferencing, and review of documentation. Qualifications:

· Active NYS RN license

· Previous RN experience in homecare
