Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and cultivate client relationships, exceeding their financial needs.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients and expand the existing client base.
• Provide expert financial advice and guidance, offering tailored solutions and services.
• Stay informed about banking products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, contributing to the bank’s growth and success.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards in all client interactions and transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Generate reports on client interactions, sales activities, and revenue performance.

Qualifications:

• Customer relationship management experience preferred.
• Sales experience in the banking industry preferred.
• Financial services experience and knowledge of banking products.
• Strong understanding of banking products and industry trends.
• Sales-driven mindset and track record of achieving targets.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.

Location: New Jersey

Salary: $35,000 – $50,000
