We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth and expanding our business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Utilize your previous experience in cold calling, sales, and business development to acquire new clients and foster strong client relationships.

Strategic Growth: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for business development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and trends within the banking industry.

Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners to support business development efforts.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions and services.

Compliance: Ensure that all business development activities adhere to banking regulations and compliance standards.

Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client interactions.

Must have at least one year of experience in cold calling, sales, and business development.
