Topaz Fiscal Services, a leading financial services company supporting skilled nursing facilities, is seeking a qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Accounts Receivable and Nursing Home Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate, regional, and facility A/R staff.
• Oversee Billing, Collections, projections, and reconciliations.
• Integrate A/R into Financials, including month-end close and analysis of bad debt.
• Monitor receivables and aging reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Accounts Receivable as an A/R Director for a portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Experience with Healthcare billing systems, common working files, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care billing, resident liability, renewal, Medicaid Pending, resident trust management, and familiarity with CMS regulations.
• Ability to multi-task between projects, payer types, and month-end-close deadlines.
• Strong month-end-close experience.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Management experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with business office managers and manage staff.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
