A property management company in the 5 Towns area is hiring a Reception and Maintenance Assistant to support the repairs and maintenance department. This full-time position, with a salary of $50,000, requires handling calls, coordinating repairs, and assisting with general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Receive and manage tenant complaints, opening work orders.
  • Coordinate repairs between tenants and maintenance staff.
  • Follow up to ensure completion and close out work orders.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including mailings and miscellaneous projects.

Qualifications:
