We are looking for a talented and driven individual who can set up a proper infrastructure for a growing company, taking charge of Sales, Onboarding, Manufacturing, HR, and Financials. Full training is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and set the strategic direction for the company.
• Establish and implement effective procedures across various departments, including Sales, Onboarding, Manufacturing, HR, and Financials.
• Oversee all operations, including sales expansion, hiring and firing, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and project management skills.
• Manage logistics and projects efficiently.
• Be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
