Our company in the medical field located in Lakewood, NJ, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $175k to $200k. The ideal candidate should be a CPA with at least 5 years of experience in the medical billing industry, possessing strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and laws applicable to the medical field.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Lead the finance and accounting team, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical billing industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
