A prominent mortgage firm in Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated CEO Assistant to support their executive team. This role, located in a female office environment, offers a competitive salary of $60k-80k. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
