We’re in search of an experienced Sales Director to lead a team of sales professionals and drive sales for self-consumption food products in North Arlington, NJ (Newark). The role offers a competitive salary of $100-125k plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of food industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Location: North Arlington, NJ (near Newark, NJ)

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 plus commission
