We are seeking an Inside Salesman to join our team in Linden, NJ. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and promote our products or services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential customers to present products or services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Location: Linden, NJ

Salary: $100,000-$125,000
