We are seeking a dedicated ABA Director to oversee operations at our agency in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have healthcare or relevant experience and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of operations at the ABA agency.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor program outcomes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality services are delivered.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Manage budget and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff members.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by clients, families, or staff members in a timely and appropriate manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience working in healthcare, preferably in the field of ABA therapy.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Commitment to providing high-quality services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Salary: $100,000-$175,000
