We’re looking for a Controller to join our healthcare industry team in Boro Park. As the Controller, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional growth and development.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Communication: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced knowledge of accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information clearly.

Location: Boro Park

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000
