Our construction cleaning company in Boro Park is seeking a motivated Salesman to join our team. This role involves both inside and outside sales responsibilities, including making cold calls and meeting with potential clients. The position offers a salary of $50,000 with a draw against commission.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inside and outside sales activities.
• Make cold calls to generate leads.
• Meet with potential clients to present company services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.



Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated and goal-oriented.
• Experience in the construction industry (preferred but not required).

Salary: $50,000 draw against commission
