Our real estate management company in Boro Park is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65k to $75k. We’re looking for an experienced individual with a background in real estate marketing to handle various responsibilities including ILS management, SEO optimization, strategic budget allocation, website maintenance, and social media management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage online listings services (ILS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date property listings.
• Optimize SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our properties in search engine results.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively allocate budget resources and maximize ROI.
• Maintain and update company websites with fresh content, photos, and property information.
• Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, to engage with potential clients and promote properties.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate marketing.
• Proficiency in ILS management and SEO optimization.
• Strong strategic planning and budget management skills.
• Ability to maintain and update websites using content management systems (CMS).
• Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
