We are hiring for the position of Store Manager at a women’s clothing store in Bet Shemesh. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including scheduling shifts, maintaining cleanliness, managing staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position with morning and afternoon shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate workers’ shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Conduct end-of-day checkouts.
• Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Assist with store promotions and events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in store management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Must be female.

Location: Bet Shemesh

Salary: 60 NIS hourly
