We’re hiring for the position of Sales Manager in Brooklyn, NY. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100k to $150k. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Brooklyn market and industry trends.
