Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze insurance applications to determine coverage risks.
• Assess the potential risk factors associated with insuring individuals or businesses.
• Determine appropriate insurance premium rates based on risk assessment.
• Review and approve insurance policies and applications.
• Collaborate with insurance agents and brokers to negotiate terms and conditions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting insurance underwriting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in insurance underwriting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and risk assessment.
