We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Staten Island location with a salary ranging from $70k to $85k plus commission. This full-time position requires handling new applicants and managing all aspects of closing sales. Leads will be provided, and we’re seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Handle new applicant inquiries and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage all aspects of closing sales, including negotiation and contract finalization.
• Utilize telephone and email communication to follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
