We’re seeking a Real Estate Social Media/Marketing Expert to manage all marketing platforms for properties in Boro Park. This part-time role involves overseeing various marketing strategies, conducting monthly and quarterly reviews, and enhancing online presence through SEO and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and others.
• Ensure correct sourcing on Internet Listing Services (ILSs).
• Conduct monthly marketing calls with properties and perform monthly and quarterly reviews of marketing strategies.
• Monitor and respond to Google reviews, maintaining positive online reputation.
• Set up and oversee Facebook accounts for properties.
• Coordinate monthly meetings with Yardi Rent Cafe.
• Enhance and optimize SEO for properties’ online presence.
• Manage monthly concessions, market comps, and rental increases.
• Conduct demographic analysis to improve property performance.
• Assist with market and rental diligence for future deals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate marketing or social media management.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and Facebook.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SEO optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Yardi Rent Cafe is a plus.

Location: Boro Park

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
