Our healthcare corporate gifting company in Linden, NJ, is seeking a Creative Director to lead the innovation of gift packages, understand client needs, and present compelling ideas. This role involves managing our showroom and overseeing production to ensure client visions are met. We’re looking for someone with creative leadership, excellent presentation skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Please note that the focus is on creative execution, not marketing or lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Innovate and design gift packages tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Present creative ideas and concepts to clients in a compelling manner.
• Manage the showroom, ensuring it reflects our brand and showcases our products effectively.
• Oversee production processes to ensure client visions are translated into high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to deliver exceptional results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform creative decisions and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a creative role, preferably in the corporate gifting or related industry.
• Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Location: Linden, NJ

Salary: $100,000 plus commission
