We are seeking a skilled Level 2 IT professional to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100k to $140k and provides opportunities for professional growth and development. Multiple locations are available in Brooklyn, NJ, and Upstate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by end users.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure security and compliance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Document technical procedures and processes.
• Train end users on new technologies and software applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus.
