Our jewelry showroom in Monroe, NY, is hiring full-time and part-time Sales Ladies to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and an hourly salary ranging from $20 to $30. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, with sales experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Stay updated on current jewelry trends and product knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and salesmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts, including Sundays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
