Become a Teacher Assistant in the education sector located in Flatbush. This role offers a salary of $25 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Provide support to students in the classroom, including one-on-one assistance and small group activities.
• Help maintain a positive and organized learning environment.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times.
• Assist with student assessments and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to meet the needs of all students.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education or related field a plus.
