Our sales team in NYC is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to handle sales from first contact to close, nurturing relationships with leads and clients, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include outbound calling, email outreach, understanding client needs, order processing, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and be technologically savvy. Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to company-provided leads.
  • Utilize telephone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and SMS outreach to engage with leads and clients.
  • Follow up and reactivate inactive clients.
  • Understand and fulfill client’s specific product needs.
  • Enter orders and collect payments according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and follow-ups with clients.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business-to-Business or Enterprise sales.
  • Excellent professionalism and communication skills.
  • Technologically savvy, able to learn new product information and industry terms.
  • Local candidates preferred.

Location: NYC

Salary: $50,000 + Bonuses
