We’re seeking a highly organized and driven individual with 2-3 years of plumbing experience and at least 1 year of leadership/management experience to fill the role of Site Manager. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90k to $150k, with opportunities for growth within the company. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate jobs from start to finish, including shop drawings and job schedules.
• Anticipate crew needs and set up job sequences to meet deadlines.
• Review plans and scope of work to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate requests and needs from contractors and manage material procurement.
• Update project progress and communicate with the office about change orders and approvals.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.
• Motivate and provide direction to workers on site.
• Assist with inspections and reviews of scope of work.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• 1 year of management experience required.
• 2 years of plumbing experience required.
