Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance of the facility.
• Liaise with residents, families, and community stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of New York.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care facility.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and resources.
