As the Creative Director in our E-commerce division located in Boro Park, you’ll be the driving force behind our creative endeavors. With a salary ranging from $100k to $150k, you’ll oversee our creative team, setting high standards for quality and innovation. Your leadership will shape the creative vision and ensure that our output exceeds industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain high standards for the creative output across the E-commerce division.
• Determine the creative vision and direction of critical projects.
• Build and manage a talented creative team, both internally and externally.
• Develop and optimize processes for effective project management and resource allocation.
• Set and manage project budgets, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Foster collaboration between department heads and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Establish clear processes for project prioritization and team communication.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring visibility into team capacity and project status.
• Evaluate team performance and implement quality rating processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon merchandising.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage people and processes effectively.
• Strong multitasking and priority-setting skills.
• Native English speaker with a robust sense of design and creative strategy.
