In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide timely and accurate reports to management on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in account management and/or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus.
