We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Sloatsburg, NY. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $150k to $200k and provides an opportunity to lead the financial operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, including those related to investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with executive team members to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
