Our ABA/SPED services company in Brooklyn is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational efforts. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating efficient systems for executive oversight, empowering teams, and driving success through strategic visions and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimize operational processes and resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet departmental objectives.
• Lead and empower teams to success through effective communication and talent development.
• Prioritize effectively, focusing on impactful strategies and solutions.
• Articulate clear, strategic visions that align with company goals.
• Innovate solutions to enhance problem-solving and marketing initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to create efficient and transparent systems for executive oversight.
• Skilled in talent development and team empowerment.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving success through innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Location: Brooklyn

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000
