Our ABA/SPED services company in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on driving growth and revenue for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Marketing Director or similar role, preferably in the ABA/SPED services industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Location: Brooklyn

Salary: $150k plus commission
