A busy Kids Fashion store in Monroe is seeking a Store Manager. Candidates from the Monsey area with a car are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or a similar field, possess excellent managerial and sales skills, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
• Supervise and train staff members.
• Ensure the store meets sales targets and goals.
• Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Energetic, responsible, and personable.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills.
• Excellent sales and customer relations skills.
• Availability to work part-time with flexibility, including Sundays.
• Availability to work from home and increase hours during busy seasons.

Location: Monroe (Monsey candidates with a car are welcome)

Salary: 50K (P/T)
