We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team in Brooklyn. This role involves monitoring and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, generating troubleshoot tickets, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues. No experience necessary, but strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Generate troubleshoot tickets and document customer issues.
  • Act as a liaison between merchants and internal departments.
  • Research and investigate client issues to find solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive tickets towards resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent in keyboard and computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.

Location: Brooklyn

Salary: $25 – $35 hourly
