An ecommerce company is seeking an experienced female “HR Director/E-commerce Financial Assistant”. This is an in-house part time position with a competitive pay of $60k-90k annually (health insurance provided). The ideal candidate will have a strong ecommerce background, familiarity with excel and a penchant for numbers. Soft skills required for this position include attention to detail, responsibility and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Managing payroll
• Setting up accounts and permissions for new employees
• Recruiting new talent
• Managing company healthcare coverage plans
• Creating and handling company cash flow sheets
• Allocating monthly budget for purchasing
• Reviewing POs to ensure profitability
• Managing RMAs
• Dealing with inbound shipment to channels discrepancies
• POC for sales tax filing

Qualifications:

• Strong background in ecommerce.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Strong communication skills.

Location: Brooklyn, NY
