Job Summary:
The Coordinator Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination of various projects and activities within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Assign and oversee project tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage team dynamics to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects and programs within the organization.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project coordination and status updates.

Qualifications:
