This full-time role offers a salary range of $80K to $100K, depending on experience. The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being through skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and family members on healthcare practices and preventive care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York.
• Previous experience in homecare nursing is preferred.
