A leading ladies’ fashion boutique in Monsey, NY, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $75k-$100k, with the potential for additional earnings through commission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion, excellent people skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Hours are Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
• Oversee daily operations of the boutique, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Train and motivate staff, ensuring a high level of performance and morale.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen eye for fashion and trends, with the ability to advise customers on styling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work the required hours, including Sundays.
