We are looking for a Private Label Brand Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of private label products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in private label product development, especially within the Amazon platform. This position is fully in-office at our Howell, NJ location, offering a competitive salary with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and manage private label products from concept to market.
• Oversee product development processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive product success on Amazon and other platforms.
• Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to optimize product offerings.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Track product performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in private label product development, specifically on Amazon.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, brand management, and product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work fully in-office in Howell, NJ.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts is preferred.

Location: Howell, NJ (In-office only)

Salary: $75k-$90k + Commission (Unlimited Cap)
