We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in school furniture sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts. This role offers a competitive base salary of $80k-$100k, with additional commission opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and related businesses.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the school furniture industry.
• Present product offerings, solutions, and proposals to clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the school furniture or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and sales presentations.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Experience building and maintaining a strong client network.
