We are looking for an experienced and capable Logistics and Shipping Manager to join a children’s fashion company in Howell, NJ. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with experience managing logistics and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a work schedule from 9pm to 3pm in a female-only setting, making it a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of shipping and logistics, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining inventory control. The role comes with a competitive pay rate of $45 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all logistics and shipping operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline processes.
• Oversee inventory control and shipping schedules.
• Resolve any shipping issues or delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records and handle administrative tasks related to logistics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics and shipping management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
